Normal production time is 6 to 10 working days after artwork approval.
We will try our very best to meet your delivery needs. There is a 20% surcharge for orders requiring delivery on 4 days or less.
Set up Charges:
There is a $25.00 set up charge on all products.
There is a $5.00 personalization charge on all products.
All products shown with a colour filled imprint, sublimation or direct colour printing can have a different colour used other than what is depicted in the photo. We cannot offer PMS colour matching. There is a $5.00 surcharge for a colour being used other than what is shown.
All products shown with a metal plate will have the imprint done on the plate. The metal plate is included in the price.
All wood, metal, acrylic and some glass products are decorated by laser engraving. All crystal and some glass products are decorated by sand etching. These imprint methods are included in the price of the goods.
We require your artwork to be submitted in a digital format. We prefer vector graphics over raster graphics. The file formats we can work with are listed in order of preference:
- CDR file (CorelDRAW)
- AI file (Adobe Illustrator)
- EPS file (Encapsulated PostScript)
- SVG file (Scalable Vector Graphics)
- DWG file (AutoCAD)
- PDF file (Portable Document Format)
- TIFF file (Tagged Image File Format)
- BMP file (Bitmap)
- JPEG file (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
- GIF file (Graphics Interchange Format)
We work in CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
We CANNOT accept the following formats:
- PowerPoint Files
- Word Files
- Excel Files
- Files from the Internet
The minimum acceptable resolution is 300 dpi at file imprint size. We prefer 600 dpi or better. We may ask you to provide a black and white printed paper copy with your artwork.
If the files you have submitted to us are not usable for our imprinting of the product, we will contact you directly to discuss what has to be done with your files and the cost to convert the files to our needs. We will not proceed with your order until you are fully aware of any extra charges that may be applicable to your order. Our artwork charge is based on a rate of $50.00 per hour.
The first art proof is FREE for new orders or repeat orders with changes. All subsequent art proofs are $10.00 extra for each proof. All art proofs will be emailed to you in a pdf format.
Credit agreement is required before credit can be extended. Standard credit terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice. If any account is over 45 days, extending further credit will be suspended. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Electronic Money Transfer and PayPal at the time of shipment.
If your credit has not been established, we require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering.
Cancellation of Order:
You will be liable for all costs incurred up to date of order cancellation.
We will not accept return shipments unless a RAN (return authorization number) has been given to you authorizing the return of an order. All return orders must be sent to us prepaid. If the return based upon incorrect imprinting or defective goods, full credit for the return shipping charges will be credited to your account or credit card.
Our sample policy is as follows:
Any product sample is available with a random imprint. Your cost will be 50% of the retail price. The shipping of that sample will be at your expense and we ask that you provide a credit card to cover the cost of the sample and the shipping charge of the sample. Samples are not returnable.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
